Khanyo Labs terms

Version 1.0, approved 31 October 2026. These terms add to Khanyo’s terms, which apply in full; where they differ, these terms apply to Khanyo Labs products.

1. Who we are

Khanyo Labs is part of Khanyo, run by Werner Hoppe. Contact: khanyo.app/contact.

2. What Khanyo Labs is

Small software tools for online shops, about product data, Google Shopping and AI visibility, built and run largely by automated systems. Each tool says what it does on its own page. New tools are added and some are retired; a tool may be in testing for its first 14 days.

3. Free tools

Free tools are provided as they are. They read only public pages and files at the address you give, and they tell you what they found at that moment. We store only counts of use, not the content you check.

4. Paid products

• Prices are shown before you pay. Payment is handled by Paddle, our merchant of record, on Paddle’s terms.
• Full refund within 14 days of any payment, as in Khanyo’s refund policy.
• If we retire a paid product, we tell you and either keep serving it to the end of the period you paid for or refund the unused part.

5. What we don’t promise

Google, Microsoft, Perplexity, OpenAI and other services decide what they show and whom they approve. Our tools check and prepare your data; they don’t promise approval, placement, ranking or sales.

6. Your data

As in Khanyo’s privacy notice: we keep what a product needs to work (for example your e-mail address and shop address), never sell it, and delete it on request.
